What network mode is the video doorbell compatible with? The video doorbell supports only 2.4GHz WiFi. For dual-band (2.4G and 5G) WiFi, you need to set up a separate 2.4GHz channel.

If I can't hear the visitor's voice, what should I do? You can adjust the "Intercom Volume" in the "Sound Settings" interface to hear the visitor's voice clearly.

What should I do if the alarm is too sensitive? To reduce the sensitivity of the alarm, go to the "Settings" interface in the upper right corner, select "Alarm Management," and decrease the "Detection Sensitivity."

How to store doorbell video records? This video doorbell supports both Cloud Storage and SD card Storage. If you choose not to subscribe to cloud storage, we recommend purchasing a 128GB SD card to record your door views.
